SHiP Protocols

SHiP is a membership group which is managed by a voluntary Management Committee. As it is registered as a company it has a Certificate of Incorporation and also Memorandum and Articles of Association. As it is registered as a Company the Committee members are technically Directors their responsibilities are outlined here

SHiP does not employ any staff but commissions services including accounts, administration and training from independent consultants.

Privacy Statement

As a member of SHiP we require your work email and work phone number to provide you with member benefits e.g. invitations to meetings, news plus access to members webpages. This is regarded as personal information and as such we will ensure that this information and any other information is stored and processed in line with the General Data Protection Regulations, see our Data Protection and Privacy Statement
